Holiday Decorating Around My Home

After November 1st, I start to unpack my Christmas decorations. Today I am starting with simple touches for holiday decorating around my home.

I find that I am most excited about decorating for Christmas and like the opportunity to enjoy the season a little bit longer.

Loving these houses I found in the $5 section at Target! Link here.

I do try to find seasonal items that are versatile and I can foresee myself still liking in years to come (and of course budget friendly items an are a plus).

You can also check out my post here for Neutral Holiday Decorating ideas to incorporate throughout the season.

I like using wreaths to jazz up my candles and elevate simple decor especially for Christmas.

The red candles are great at the holidays and come with a remote, they are so pretty and add an extra special Christmas feel without much effort.

I love wreaths (you may have already noticed) and I have acquired quite the collection of Christmas wreaths over the years.

Some of my favorites are discount ones that in the past I have picked up at Christmas Tree Shops or other bargain outlet type stores and I have added extras to them.

The link below is for a similar look as this one above is from Christmas Tree Shops a few years ago.

In addition to wreaths, I love to decorate with whatever I can find (mainly outside) for a rustic Christmas feel without the cost.

These small trees are also great for easy decorating without having to add much to them. Adding just some ribbon or garland can give them an extra touch of holiday spirit.

There are some great tree options of all shapes and styles I have added below from Amazon for the holiday season. These are all popular items, that have great reviews and some of which I own.
